By downloading, installing, or using the Mminofy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Mminofy is a digital content platform that allows users to:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mminofy. Users under 18 require parental consent.
Mminofy uses a credit system for purchasing content. 1 Credit equals 1 South African Rand (ZAR). Credits can be purchased through the App using Google Play's billing system.
All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.
When you purchase content using credits, you receive a license to access that content for personal, non-commercial use. Purchased content is available for offline access.
Creators must complete additional verification and pay an annual hosting fee to upload and sell content on Mminofy.
You retain ownership of your original content. By uploading content, you grant Mminofy a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Creators receive revenue from content sales minus applicable platform fees and payment processing charges.

The Mminofy App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Mminofy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Your use of Mminofy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMINOFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
